Abstract
This study purpose to determine and analyze the effect of job traning and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Karya Agung Sawita Ujung Batu Sosa. This study uses a non probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method, the population in this study is 59 respondents and a sample of 38 respondents is used. The research data was obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature studies and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially and simultaneously job traning and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Karya Agung Sawita Ujung Batu Sosa.
