Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Indomaret partnership on the performance of MSMEs in the Marpoyan Peace District, Pekanbaru City. The method used is quantitative, using a descriptive survey, namely the type of research that describes the variables studied in determining 15 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interview observations and documentation with descriptive data analysis through a quantitative approach. From the research results obtained through descriptive analysis showed that the average respondent considered that the implementation of the partnership carried out by the company obtained results that were in the effective category. From the results of statistical tests, it can be said that the Partnership variable has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Marpoyan Peace District, Pekanbaru City, because partnerships greatly increase sales volume, sales growth and market share. Indomaret companies should provide reguler guidance to MSME partners so that MSMEs can improve product quality and be able to compete in the market, and the second suggestion is that indomaret should be able to adjust rental prices according to the strategic level of the location
