Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC GOVERNMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT OF KUANTAN TENGAH SUB-DISTRICT, KUANTAN SINGINGI DISTRICT ABSTRACT  BAGAS ANDIAMI LEJA  (157310110)  Village community empowerment is a conscious effort of government officials both at the sub-district and village level, especially for the potential that exists in the village as a form of assets / wealth. . the empowerment of the village community, especially in areas that have fishery potential or agricultural elements, basically has the goal of realizing community welfare by involving the active role of the community in its management. The community empowerment program carried out by the village is aimed at people who do not have jobs, thus opening up jobs and advancing the economy in Kuantan Tengah District in its management and for the benefit of the community.  The focus of this research is to determine the implementation of the work program of the Kuantan Tengah sub-district in the community empowerment program in the village. In this writing, the author uses descriptive qualitative research which is carried out by distributing interviews in the field, where the population is 14 informants and 5 key informants using purposive sampling in determining the sample. , while the data collection tools in the study used interviews, observation, and documentation. This research is a field research where one can find out the specifics and the relevance of what is happening at this time, so that the results of this study include: a. Communication From the results of the interview above, it can be concluded that communication in conducting community empowerment has been carried out and carried out. B. Resources From the results of the interview it can be concluded that the sub-district has provided the facilities and infrastructure needed by the community through the hands of the village. c. the position in the community program is that there is no bookkeeping of the implementation of the program, so that the implementation of the program only runs once and is not evenly distributed. d. the organizational structure is lack of cooperation between the government and the village, so that often miscommunication occurs.
