Abstract

This study aims to analyse to determine Quality Analysis Of Trans Metro Public Transportation Services In The Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Of The Pekanbaru City Transportation Dpartmen, And to find out the abstracles faced by the . the indicators of this study are Program Understanding, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy . this type of research located in Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, namely prioritizing questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then used as the main raw material to analyse the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives in the studied location. The population used in this study are human resources, flight attendants, flight attendants, bus stop and trans metro passengers. The saturated sampling technique used in assigning individuals for the employe population and accidental samping techniques for the community, the types and data collection techniwues used in this tudy consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interview and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis techniwue used is by using a frewuency tsble tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that Quality Analysis Of Trans Metro Public Transportation Services In The Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Of The Pekanbaru City Transportation Department “Quite Good”.
