Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Accountability of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Pulau Gelang Village, Kuala Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The assessment indicators used include honesty, legal accountability and process accountability. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of objectives at the research location. The population and sample in this study were 48 people. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire and interview lists and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a score technique with a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researchers assessed and concluded that the Accountability of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Pulau Gelang Village, Kuala Cenaku Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency was categorized Good Enough. The inhibiting factor is the management of village funds in Pulau Pulau Desa is still not transparent. This can be seen from the absence of banners / billboards installed in front of the Pulau Desa Village Head office regarding Pulau bracelet village fund management reports, so that the community does not clearly see what the form of village fund management is. In addition, there is no information signboard installed on every construction made. And the Island Bracelet Village government stated in the RAB and the Cash Book that there was a community sector in building the PKK, But the activity was not carried out.
