Abstract
This study was conducted to find out how the Implementation of the HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Kecamatan Koto Gasib of Siak Regency. Indicators used in this study were Policy Standard and Target, Resources, Relationship between Organizations, Characteristics of Implementing Agent, and Social Conditions. This study used descriptive quantitative research, which prioritizes questionnaire responses as an instrument to collect data which is then used as the main materials to analyze the empirical and objectivity of the research site. The population and samples in this study were 55 respondents. The type and technique of data collection performed in this study were primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews, while the secondary data were collected by observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this study was sampling and incidental sampling techniques. Based on the analysis technique, the writer concludes that in this study, from the perspective of the Coordinator of Infectious Disease Prevention, the implementation of the HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in Puskesmas Kecamatan Koto Gasib is in a "Good" category. This can be seen from the internal perspectives, in this case, is the Coordinator of Infectious Disease Prevention, that Puskesmas Kecamatan Koto Gasib as the implementer of HIV/AIDS Prevention has implemented the program properly. Moreover, it can be seen from the perspectives of the community as an external party that to make this HIV/AIDS prevention program successfully, socialization and education for the community must be constantly carried out so that the community willing to do early screening and always aware of the deadly spread of HIV/AID
