Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and inhibiting factors for the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Kampung Pulau Village in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research uses descriptive research which is carried out by means of surveys and uses qualitative research methods. The technique for appointing informants is to use a purposive sampling technique with the consideration that the appointed informants know and understand the problems and objectives of this study. from the results of interviews that researchers conducted in the field based on 5 indicators, (1) on the indicators of the Accuracy of Budget Use, (2) on the indicators of the Accuracy of the Use of Human Resources, (3) on the indicators of the Accuracy of the Use of Equipment or Equipment, (4) on the indicators of Accuracy Use of Available Time, (5) on indicators of Appropriate Use of Natural Resources.
