Abstract

Development is a strategy used to advance, improve and improve the tourism conditions of an object and attraction so that tourists can visit and be able to provide benefits to the community around the tourist attraction and tourist attraction as well as to the government. Where the analysis of the development of the Pathway is measured by 3 (three) indicators, namely : Tourism objects and attractions, Governance/Infrastructure and Society/Environment. The type of research that I use is a descriptive survey that describes the actual situation of what is available at the time of the study by collecting data, classifying and analyzing it so that it gets results in accordance with the research problem. The location of the research was conducted in Kuantan Singingi District, namely the Office of Culture and Tourism Office about Tourism Objects (Study Of Pacu Track Development). Pacu Track is a race rowing on the river using a long boat made of tree wood. The length of this boat can reach 25 to 40 meters and the width of the center is approximately 1.3 M to 1.5 M. Pacu Track is a culture that continues in the midst of community life which in the last decade developed rapidly with high enthusiasm not only the population inside but also outside the area of Kuantan Singingi regency.
