Abstract
Service is basically defined as a person’s activity, a group and or organization both directly and indirectly to meet the needs. This study aims to find out analysis of health services in the healt center downstream kuantan sub district kuantan singingi. Where service analysis is measured by six indicators namely, service requirements, service procedures, service products, service time, facilities and infrastructure and competition officers. This type of research is using descriptive type which is done by survey by prioritizingn questionnaires as a data collection tool. The location of this study is located at the downstream kuantan health center. Type and the data collection technnique used consists of dark primary data which is collected through research tools in the form of questionnaires, list of interviews and secondary data collected using a table aid. The results of this study indicate that service procedure indicators and service products are in the good category, for indicators of service requiirements and service time is in the quite good category, and for the indicators of facilities and infrastructure and the competence of offcers is in the poor category.
