Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation of the local regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 6 year 2015 with the case study of Tower establishment in the Tampan District and know what is the implementation of local Regulation No. 6 year 2015. The research method used is a descriptive type with quantitative analysis by way of sample withdrawal with Purposive Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The researcher used a fourstep indicator of the policy evaluation presented by William N. Dunn (in Nugroho 2008:729) i.e. effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness and accuracy. In this research researchers collect data through questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research on the evaluation of the implementation of the regional regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 6 year 2015 concerning the arrangement and control of telecommunication implementation with a scale of 730. This acquisition conclusion that from the evaluation of the implementation of regional Regulation Number 6 year 2015 is the lack of coordination between parties related in the development and arrangement of telecommunication towers that resulted in the criteria of building the tower difficult applied.
