Abstract

This study aims to determine the service of Beligan Village Office in Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Because of the problem, which is about the administration of land certificate administration services at the village office in Beligan. The problem is in providing service officers are less effective in providing services to the community where it is less clear in providing direction on management procedures, timeliness in completion, and lack of supporting facilities in meeting service needs to the community. This type of research which is located in the village office in Beligan is a descriptive survey study, which is by means of a data collection tool and the data collected is then used as material for analyzing services in the village offices of Beligan, the sub-districts ofidaida, Indragiri Hulu, especially the administration of land certificate administration services. There are two population groups and the sample in this study are employees, numbering 8 people and 43 people. From the analysis of the data used by using the frequency table tool. The results of this study are "Good Enough" because it has already been carried out but there are still shortcomings in terms of providing direction for service management procedures, suitability of completion time, improvement of facilities that still require additional services to meet the needs of effective community services.
