Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE ON JOB SATISFACTION AT PT. ADIMULIA AGROLESTARI KEBUN SEI TESO By: Andar Musfii Siregar 175210743 This study urpose to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. Adimulia Agrolestari Kebun Sei Teso. The population in this study were 104 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the slovin technique so that the number of samples is 82 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research and the data sources used are primary and secondary. The data of this research were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis test, data quality, simple linear regression, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Work-Life Balance had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Adimulia Agrolestari Kebun Sei Teso. The results of the correlation analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.769 or 76.9%. The correlation coefficient value indicates a very strong relationship between work-life balance and employee job satisfaction at PT. Adimulia Agrolestari. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R2) shows a strong influence between work-life balance and employee job satisfaction with a value of 0.592 or 59.2% and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed further in this study.
