Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes at SMK IBNU TAIMIYAH Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in October 2019. The sample in the study amounted to 99 samples consisting of school principals, accounting teachers, subject teachers and accounting students totaling 90 people. According Arikunto (2006: 134) states that if the number of subjects is less than 100 then it is better to take all but what if the amount is greater then take the subject 10 - 15% or 20 - 25% of the total population, then the entire population is sampled , namely as many as 99 people consisting of 90 studen ts, 3 accounting teachers, 5 teachers and principals. This research method is to use a survey where the data obtained comes from questionnaires / questionnaires. This study was analyzed using simple regression. Analysis of the data shows the value of t ari thmetic = 1961 known n = 99 then df = n - k, 99 - 1 = 98 compared to t table = 1,660 then the value of t arithmetic (1,961)> t table (1,660). Thus because t arithmetic> T table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes at Ibnu Taimiyah Vocational School Pekanbaru.
