Abstract

ABSTRACT THE MCHANISM OF RUBBER FARM CULTIVATOR PROFIT SHARING WITH THE OWNER AT AEK SUNDUR VILLAGE DOLOK SUBDISTRICT NORTH PADANG LAWAS DISTRICT IN SHARIA ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVE BY ANDIKA PRATAMA SIMBOLON 172310102 The purpose in this research was done to examined how the mechanism of rubber farm cultivator profit sharing with the owner at aek sundur village Dolok subdistrict North Padang Lawas District. This research used field research where this research directly interaction with research object. This research analysis used qualitative descriptive that was the research procedures that explained reality in field. The research object was in Aek Sundur Village, Dolok Subdistrict, North Padang Lawas District. Data collection technique used interview and documentation also documentation data used to fulfil research finding. Based on research finding found that the mechanism of rubber farm cultivator profit sharing with the owner at aek sundur village Dolok subdistrict North Padang Lawas District was done with kindship and belief with each party, also this profit sharing used musaqah. This research finding found that (1) contract was done by oral contract, the deal happened when the owner gave the land to cultivator. (2) profit sharing was 2 side system that sharing divided equally between landlord and cultivator in 50%:50%. (3) the reason for land lord to deal the contract because of could not power to cultivate, did not have time, and for helping each other. Meanwhile, the farmer reason because of he or she did not have land, and economy crisis. The implementation of sharing profit that happened in Aek Sundur Village Dolok Subdistrict North Padang Lawas District observed from some sides such as contract method or contract done with oral contract and did not have witness, landlord did not provide farm tools to cultivate, contract time did not set by each party, musaqah profit sharing practice that was done by villagers at Aek Sundur Village North Padang Lawas District viewed from Islamic law classified into not yet appropriate
