Abstract

Implementation of uninhabitable housing assistance is a program to improve the lives of the people, especially for the poor. The implementation of the Non-Occupable Housing Program is carried out directly by the Batam City Social Service. The Implementation of Non-Occupable Houses Program is inseparable from the successful implementation to be achieved including Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Uninhabitable Homes Program in Air Raja Subdistrict, Galang District, Batam City and to identify the obstacles to the Implementation of the Unliveable Housing Program in Air Raja Subdistrict, Galang District, Batam City. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative mixed methods. The results of the implementation of the Inadequate Housing Program for the Air Raja Village, Galang Sub-District, Batam City, through four indicators that are in the words “quite done” this is wherein it is known that the implementation of the Program for Non-livable Houses in the village of Air still meets beneficiaries classified as capable communities so that beneficiaries of Non-Habitable Houses have not been carried out to the maximum extent in accordance with established regulations. However, the authors suggest that the Batam City Social Service be able to collect data and supervise beneficiaries of Unhealthy Houses and collaborate with villagers so that beneficiaries are on target for the poor.
