Abstract
Discipline is training one's awareness to meet regulations in the absence of forced elements so as to produce attitudes and control habits for the organization in achieving its goals. This research was conducted at the Ujungbatu Sub-District Head Office, Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the work discipline of state civil servants in the Ujungbatu subdistrict office. The analysis used is quantitative descriptive. Then, the population of this study is the District Secretary, all Section Heads and Heads of Subdivisions who have become ASN Employees, namely as many as 30 respondents. Data collection techniques used are primary and secondary data. Furthermore, the data obtained through discussion and the authors draw some conclusions from these explanations. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Discipline of the Work of Civil Servants (ASN) in the Ujungbatu Sub-District Head Office in Rokan Hulu Regency is in the Disciplinary category of 49.84%, due to the lack of awareness of ASN Employees in discipline with established rules. In this case the writer suggests that the Camat or the Camat Secretary conduct special training for ASN Employees. This special coaching aims to increase employee awareness and even the mental formation of employees, because by doing this special coaching is expected to affect the attitudes and behavior of employees.
