Abstract
This research aims to find out and analyze aspects that cause the sales targets that have not been set before and determine the effectiviness in marketing cars Marcedes Benz. The population in this study were employess of the marketing department at PT Bintang Wirabens which amounted to 13 peoples and consumers who have purchased cars at PT Bintang Wirabens numbered 25people, it can be conclude that the sample in this study amounted to 38 people. Sampling is done by census sampling. This research is a qualitative study using interviews and questionnaires as a method of data collection. In analyzing the data, the authors purpose a descriptive method that is after the data from the respondents, then the data is tabulated into tables, calculated, analyzed, and then concluded. So that aspects of inventory or stock of goods, sales commissions, promotional activities, procedures for giving credit and services really help to increase sales volume and the most dominant aspect and more influential on car sales Marcedes Benz pada PT Bintang Wirabens is promotional activities.
