Abstract
This study aims to determine the objective level of Patient Inpatient Service Quality of the Social Security Management Agency at the UPTD in the Water Molek Health Center, Pasir Penyu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The service evaluation indicators used include Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Similarity of Rights, Balance of Rights and Obligations. The type of research that is located in UPTD Puskesmas Air Molek, Pasir Penyu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency is a descriptive survey, with Quantitative methods prioritizing questionnaires as a tool for collecting data and collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of objective research objectives there were two groups, namely the population and samples in the study, namely, the head of the Puskesmas was 1 person, the doctor numbered 3 people, the midwife numbered 12 people, the nurses numbered 15 people, and the Social Security Organizing Agency amounted to 163 people with a total of 194 people. The two sampling techniques used in determining individuals are incidental sampling and for population employees puporsive sampling. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected by using questionnaire list techniques and secondary data interviews collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique that is used is by using a table of frequency frequencies. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Patient Inpatient Service Quality of the Social Security Organizing Agency at the UPTD at the Air Molek Health Center in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency was in a fairly good interval. Recommendations that need to be considered are mainly related to the quality of inadequate employee services in inpatients using the Social Security Management Agency.
