Abstract
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF-EFFICIENCY AND STRESS IN STUDENTS' ONLINE LEARNING Vina Yogi Noviana 178110168 FAKULTAS PSIKOLOGI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM RIAU Students who are not able to adapt to online learning will experience stress. The stress of online learning is a pressure of learning activities and cannot be faced by mental, physical, emotional students. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and learning stress in students. The data collection method used a self-efficacy scale with a total of 37 items and a learning stress scale with a total of 37 items. The sample in the study amounted to 201 Psychology students. The sampling technique used in this research is proportional random sampling. The data analysis method used is Spearmean's Rank Order. The results of statistical analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.299 with a significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and learning stress in Psychology students at the Islamic University of Riau.
