Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work supervision and work discipline on work productivity at Pt. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis. Based on the results of analyzing the data through testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire about preventive work supervision, repressive work supervision, work discipline and employee productivity data obtained that the questionnaire items met valid and reliable criteria so that the questionnaire that had been prepared by the author could be used as a research instrument. Based on these results it can be concluded based on testing the hypothesis, that partially morale and work discipline affect the productivity of employees at Pt. Hervenia Kampar Lestari Sungai Pinang and from the recapitulation of the responses of respondents regarding the variables of preventive supervision, repressive supervision and work discipline are categorized as good.
