Abstract

In establishing an online transportation service business, PT. Paket Global Semesta cooperates with Drivers in an agreement called a partnership agreement. From the partnership agreement, it is clear that there is a prohibition on drivers (drivers) from using applications other than the GO-JEK application. This study covers the main problem of how the implementation of the partnership agreement between the GO-JEK Driver and PT.Paket Global Semesta in Pekanbaru City and what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the partnership agreement between the GO-JEK Driver and PT.Paket Global Semesta in Pekanbaru City. This study covers the main problem of how the implementation of the partnership agreement between the GO-JEK Driver and PT.Paket Global Semesta in Pekanbaru City and what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the partnership agreement between the GO-JEK Driver and PT.Paket Global Semesta in Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the partnership agreement between GO-JEK Drivers and PT.Paket Global Semesta in Pekanbaru City is not yet running as stipulated in the partnership agreement which prohibits every Driver (driver) from using applications other than GO-JEK. The obstacles that arise are regulations from PT. Paket Global Semesta Packages are subject to change at any time without prior notice and lack of understanding of the Driver (Driver) with existing regulations.
