Abstract

Implementation of Basic Programs in Increasing the Role of Women Towards Healthy and Prosperous Families (P2WKSS) in Tualang Village Tualang District, Siak Regency Saibu Dinar Npm. 157110193 Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of the Basic Program in Increasing the Role of Women Towards Healthy and Prosperous Families (P2WKSS) in Tualang Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Basic Program in increasing the role of women towards a Healthy and Prosperous Family (P2WKSS) in Tualang Village, District Tualang Siak Regency. The indicators used include Organization, Interpretation, and Implementation. The type of research located in Tualang Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency is quantitative research. Numerical data derived from the results of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling and purposive sampling. The data of this study were sourced from primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and research interviews. Then secondary data in the form of literature books and the internet according to the required data. In the analysis of the data presented in the form of a description, which will be analyzed using a descriptive method or elaboration. Based on research conducted on the Implementation of Basic Programs in Increasing the Role of Women Towards Healthy and Prosperous Families (P2WKSS) in Tualang Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, several conclusions are known, namely on organizational indicators, the target of this P2WKSS integrated program is people with low welfare levels. In the Interpretation indicator the implementation of the basic program in increasing the role of women towards a healthy and prosperous family (P2WKSS) in Tualang Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency can be said to be quite implemented. In the indicator of the implementation of the integrated P2WKSS program, it refers to the government SOP, because this program is a program that comes from the government.
