Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the level of achievement of the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Kuantan Singingi Regency Number 6 of 2012 concerning Parking Service Fees on the Edge of Public Roads and to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Kuantan Singingi Regency Number 6 of 2012 concerning Parking Service Fees on the Edge of Public Roads. The research variable is the implementation evaluation, namely activities involving the estimation or assessment of the policy which includes the substance, implementation and impact of the implementation of the policy. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research with descriptive methods. The location of this research is the Department of Transportation, Information and Communication, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The informants in this study were one Head of the Information and Communications Transportation Service, one Secretary of the Information and Communication Transportation Service, one Head of Infrastructure and Safety, one Infrastructure Section, one Head of Retribution Section of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Regional Revenue Agency, 6 people parking attendants and research respondents are 50 people who use parking services. The data of this study were sourced from primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, where the results of this study were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the evaluation of the implementation of the Kuantan Singingi Regency regional regulation No. 6 of 2012 concerning parking service fees on the edge of public roads can be concluded that the potential for parking service fees on the edge of public roads when associated with the realization of its contribution to the PAD of Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been fully explored. maximum and measurable, so that regional revenues from the collection of parking service fees on the edge of public roads are not optimal. This is due to the determination of the collection system that is not appropriate and good, which causes leaks of parking retribution receipts, both intentional and unintentional, from unscrupulous officers/parking management officers, parking attendants/parking coordinators.
