Abstract

The Original Income of the Village is the levy and/or income that is put into the village account, which is income from business results, asset proceeds, self-help and participation, gotong royong and others carried out by a village. Based on observations in Langkat Village, it is known that efforts to increase the original income of the Village (PADes) in Langkat Village of Siak Kecil District of Bengkalis Regency have not been achieved. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze village income improvement efforts (PADes) in Langkat Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. The method used in research is qualitative descriptive. The key informant on the study was the Village Chief Langkat. Supporting informants are determined by purposive sampling consisting of Kaur Government, Treasurer of Langkat Village Office, Village Consultative Agency, Head of Hamlet I Sido Mukti, and Chairman of RT 02 Dusun Sido Mukti. In this study the authors used observation, interview and documentation research. The data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview and Documentation and documentation then the data used is primary data and skunder data. The results showed that the efforts made by the Langkat village government were to provide direction and work facilities to every manager of the Village Business Unit, Village Wealth Manager, Community and Third Party. So it is recommended that there needs to be good coordination and cooperation between the village government and the village community, thus facilitating the course of programs that have been planned by the village government.
