Abstract

This study is application of planning and control to the project using Earned Value method. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost and time performance of the three calculation elements, i.e PT. Nagamas Mitra Usaha, PT. Mekar Abadi Mandiri, and Direct Calculation at the location of the activity compared to the value of Owner Estimate (OE). The results of the study are known to the three elements of calculation faster than the schedule, while the costs used are greater than the budget set by the Owner. The cost and time performance of the three calculation elements is compared with the Owner Estimate value of IDR 13,685,379,268.45, - sequentially the Earned Value obtained by PT. Nagamas IDR -524,776,331 and PT. Mekar Abadi Mandiri IDR - 3,408,880,806, minus value predicted deficit for partners, while the Field Calculation of IDR 1,007,951,439 predicted this calculation will profits. According from the Time Schedule that has been set by the Owner, the three elements of calculation are predicted delays, the number of delays in PT. Nagamas Mitra Usaha ± 6 days, PT. Mitra Abadi Mandiri ± 6 days, and Field Calculations ± 6 days.
