Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is to find implementation process learning art (traditional music performance) class x at SMA PGRI Pekanbaru, academic year 2020/2021. Theory used in this study is the theory of Sudjana (2010 : 28) learning is a deliberate effort by educators that can cause students to carry out learning activities and to learning that is carried out perfectly and is achieved from the learning objectives has been determined, the learning program includes the syllabus, curriculum, RPP, facilities and infrastructure, methods and evaluation. Method used in study is a qualitative descriptive method that is the subject of from the reseach this time is a teacher from SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. As for technique data collection used in this research is by observation, interview, and documentation. From research done obtained learning process cultural arts at SMA PGRI Pekanbaru carried out one a week using the question method answer, interview and also discussion, but because of the pandemic at this time this process learning can’t be done as usual and replace with online learning or better known as online method.
