Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of employee training at class II A Penitentiary in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with a descriptive method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interviews and research questionnaires. The population in this study were all 122 employees. While t he sample of this research are 37 employees who have attended the training. Descriptive research results from the dimensions of job training are the ability of trainees, training materials and the ability of instructors in the agreed category, this indicat es that in working employees openly to accept all the work and development provided by the company so that it becomes a human resource or skilled employees and professional again.
