Abstract
This study aims to find out how the work motivation of employees of PT. Alfa Kencana Samudra This research was carried out with a descriptive method by analyzing the data collected through questionnaires from the results of the study and related to the theoretical basis in the literature review. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Alfa Kencana Samudra Rengat while the sample in this study were employees of PT. Alfa Kencana Samudra Rengat in the office section. The results of this study can be seen from the recapitulation, it can be concluded the variable Teamwork at PT. Alfa Kencana. That the evaluation criteria in the category is very good because the total score of the items obtained is in the very good category. PT employees. Alfa Kencana has been motivated to work because of the five needs of the employees of PT. Alfa Kencana is almost all fulfilled can be seen from the responses of respondents regarding physiological needs, security needs, social needs, normative needs, self-actualization needs.
