Abstract
Zakat serves as a purification of the soul that must be given to people poor. In its distribution, zakat is not only distributed in the form consumptive, but also in productive form. Productive Zakat has a role as a means of social security, economic equality and distribution income. National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Pekanbaru City through the productive zakat utilization program (Pekanbaru Makmur) provides financing uses zakat funds for micro mustahik businesses. Research this is done for mustahik who receive productive zakat from BAZNAS Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of productive zakat which is channeled towards increasing business through income. Mustahik yang selected in this study as many as 33 people must have done purposively sampling that is mustahik who received productive zakat assistance. Data used is data sourced from primary data and secondary data, collected through interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study shows that productive zakat is distributed by BAZNAS Pekanbaru City has a significant impact on growth micro mustahik business. This is caused by the p-value (0.00) <alpha (0.05) and the magnitude of t-count (+ -2.813)> t-table (2.039) with a significance level of alpha 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho was rejected. This means that there are differences significant mustahik income before and after receiving assistance venture capital in the form of productive zakat from BAZNAS Pekanbaru City.
