Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of services for the management of trade business licenses in the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) Pekanbaru City. The research was motivated by the implementation of public services in the management of trading business licenses in the Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) of the following Pekanbaru city: (1) The services carried out have not been in accordance with the official service plan or scheme, (2) Still lack of availability of information on licenses that need to be managed by the community, (3) The lack of bureaucracy in obtaining licenses or in other words the bureaucracy is still complicated. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The results of the study are known that public service indicators consisting of indicators of justice, participation, accountability, transparency, efficiency and accessibility at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Pekanbaru City have been well implemented, so as a whole it was concluded the Process of Providing Management Services Trading Business License (Laundry Service Business) in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door (DPMPTSP) Pekanbaru City has been managed optimally.
