Abstract

The high rate of traffic jams in the Beringin Maju Bersama BUMDes in Simpang Beringin Village, Bandar Sei Kijang District, Pelalawan Regency is a very serious problem in the Beringin Maju Bersama BUMDes. This study aims to determine the role of the Village Head as Commissioner of the Beringin Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). Forward Together in Simpang Beringin Village, Bandar Sei Kijang District, Pelalawan Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Research indicators used in this study are Norms, Individuals, Norms Indicators. This research was conducted at the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Beringin Maju Bersama In Simpang Beringin Village. Data collection techniques used are qualitative interviews, qualitative observations, and qualitative documents. Informant withdrawal techniques are carried out using a snowball withdrawal technique, namely the determination of several people as informants and it is possible to replace them with other informants if the answers are still unclear. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the Village Head as Commissioner of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Beringin Maju Bersama In SimpangBeringin Village, Bandar Sei Kijang District, Pelalawan Regency has not played a good role and is running as it should due to several factors, such as traffic jams in Savings and Loans, Commissioners and BUMDes staff who are not firm enough to follow up so that loans are piling up day by day.
