Abstract

The purpose of this researcher is to improve the learning result of Biology of VII3 students of SMPN 4 Siak Hulu in the academic year 2017-2018 with the application of Guided Inquiry learning which was held on Maret 2018 until April 2018 with 30 students. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Parameters measured are the results of student learning in the form of absorption and mastery of student learning consisting of individual and classical mastery. Data analysis was done descriptively to know the absorption value of KDP (Kognitif) and KI (Psychomotoric) value. Absorption value of KDP students before 78.43% PTK increased in 77.83% I cycle and in cycle II increased again to 91.99%. the classical completeness of KDP value before PTK 66.67% increased in cycle I 70% and in cycle II increased again to 96.67%. Absorption of student KI score before PTK 78.02% increased in cycle I 80.15% and in cycle II increased again to 87.83%. The classical completeness of the students' KI score before the 56.55% PTK increased in cycle I 83.33% and in cycle II increased again to 100%. it can be concluded that the implementation of Inquiry learning Guided can improve student learning outcomes class VII3 SMPN 4 Siak Hulu Year Teaching 2017-2018 Keywords: Guided Inquiry, Cognitive and Psychomotor Learning Result
