Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain the Public Service of the Prepaid Electricity Program at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Rumbai Pekanbaru. The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, research data obtained from respondents who are determined to come from employees of PT. PLN as many as 2 people and prepaid electricity customers in Rayon Rumbai as many as 40 people. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively in this case described in tabular form and grouped by type. After that, it is analyzed according to the indicators and then given a discussion as well as hypothesis testing to draw conclusions from the research. The results of this study can be concluded that the Public Service of the Prepaid Electricity Program at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Rumbai Pekanbaru is already in the good enough category. Where from the indicators of service procedures, service costs, service products, and the competence of service providers that are carried out are quite good. However, there is a time for completion and the infrastructure used in the new installation of prepaid electricity is still not good. Public services in the prepaid electricity program at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Rumbai has not given satisfaction to consumers.
