Abstract
This research was conducted to find out how self-management of millennial leaders in communicating with employees in solving problems at the Pekanbaru pointbreak department store. The concept used in this study is the concept of 1Joseph1A.1Devito. namely the pattern of communication1interpersonal The research was conducted through an approach, in taking informants using a purpose sampling technique, and obtained 4 informants. In data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, it is processed through recording, typing, editing, and qualitative analysis while still using words that are usually arranged into an expanded text. If the data collected is still lacking, the researcher will use a technique to check the validity of the data. The results showed that the self-management of millennial leaders in communicating with employees to solve problems used Joseph A. Devito's communication pattern, namely interpersonal communication.
