Abstract
This research was conducted at the Village Consultative Body in the village head office Lubuk Kembang Bunga Ukui District. The purpose of this study is twofold: to find out the implementation of the functions of the Village Consultative Body in Lubuk Kembang Bunga village, and to find out the factors that inhibit the functioning of the Village Consultative Body in its implementation. There are two sampling techniques in this study, namely by census and using simple random sampling. The types of data collected include primary data, namely data obtained directly, and secondary data, namely data from the second party in the form of other information needed to compile the research foundation to explain research-related problems, such as geographical conditions of research, and circumstances economic research location. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out after the data and materials needed both primary data and secondary data were obtained, then grouped according to their needs and uses, then analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively then analyzed descriptively by describing and describing carefully the results of the research briefly and clearly. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the functions of the Village Consultative Body for the period 2015-2021 in the village of Lubuk Kembang Bunga in Ukui District were in the "Poor" rating. This is evidenced by the results of the research on respondents based on existing indicators. Recommendations that need to be considered are mainly regarding the function of the Village Consultative Body as an organizer of the Village Government.
