Abstract
This study aims to determine the comparison of the performance of permanent employees and outsourcing employees at CV. Jelajah Alam Kab. Kampar. The sample in this study were all employees of CV. Jelajah Alam Kab. Kampar as many as 10 permanent employees and 11 outsourcing employees werw used as material for analysis. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysus using a combination method and data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interview and observation. The data was processed with SPSS statistics version 24.0. the result showed that the performance of permanent employees and temporary employees were equally good and had no difference.
