Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of profitability on the capital structure of telecommunications companies listed on the IDX. This study uses quantitative methods. The population used is telecommunications companies in the 2014-2020 period. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 4 telecommunications companies and the type of data is secondary data. In this study using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results show that profitability has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure of telecommunications companies.
