Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and job rotation of employees at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Farm Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the company, amounting to 66 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher with the determination of the sample being employees who had been rotated and promoted by the company, amounting to 44 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that promotion and job rotation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Farm Pekanbaru.
