Abstract
This research was conducted at Tengku Sulung General Hospital, while the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Stress on Turnover Intention of Employees at Tengku Sulung Hospital. Then the sample number of samples set as many as 84 respondents, in this study using quantitative descriptive analysis using simple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS Version program. 22. The results show that partially work stress affects the turnover intention of employees at Tengku Sulung Hospital, Pulau Kijang, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Simultaneously, work stress has an influence on employee turnover intention at Tengku Sulung Hospital, Pulau Kijang, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
