Abstract
This study aims to determine student satisfaction with the administrative and academic services of FKIP UIR based on Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Empathy, and Assurance aspects. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were students of the 2017 and 2018 batches of FKIP UIR as many as 1950. The sampling technique was carried out by proportional stratified random sampling. The sample size is 95 people. The data collection technique used an attitude scale. The data analysis technique uses the reliability test and the validity of the frequency distribution of each aspect of satisfaction. The results of this study indicate: 1) Student satisfaction based on Tangibles aspect in general has a value of 70%, 2) Student satisfaction based on Responsiveness aspect in general has a value of 69.9%, 3) Student satisfaction based on Realibility aspect in general has a value of 73 ,2%, 4) Student satisfaction based on the Empathy aspect in general has a value of 73.2%, 5) Student satisfaction based on the Assurance aspect in general has a value of 72.76%.
