Abstract
The effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Holat Ar-sinta restaurant in Rokan Hulu Regency By ANDRI ALI SYAPUTRA This study was conducted to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Holat Ar-sinta restaurant in Rokan Hulu regency. This research was conducted at the Holat Ar-sinta restaurant. The sampel in this study was 50 respondents using accidental sampling technique, namely sampling by chance taking into account the readiness of respondents to be interviewed or even bt means of a questionnaire. Data collection technique using a questionnaire method with an ordinal scale model. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between price and service quality on customer satisfaction.
