Abstract
This research was conducted at the Class I Immigration Office in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to determine the passport-making service at the Pekanbaru Class I Immigration Office. The indicators used in this study are transparency, accountability, conditional, participatory, equality of rights, and balance of rights and obligations. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. As for the population and sample in this study were, the head of the immigration office of the passport service, the head of the passport-making service, the immigration office of the city of Pekanbaru totaling 13 people, and for the community respondents who took care of the passport of 30 people. Census techniques for the head of the Immigration Office, while for employees and the public use insidural sampling. This analysis technique the researcher assessed in concluding that the service of the city of Pekanbaru according to employee respondents with a percentage of 97.2% was in the good category, while for community respondents with a percentage of 73.4% was in the good category. This can be seen from the increased passport management every day at the Immigration Office class I Pekanbaru city
