Abstract

The allocation of village funds (ADD) itself aims to improve village management services, increase the implementation of village development, community development and empower village communities. So this research aims to evaluate the use of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in 2018 for village development and what inhibiting factors are involved. This research was conducted in Kijang Makmur Village, Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative analysis. With a sample of 45 people with a sampling technique with a census technique and also a sampling area. The evaluation theory that researchers use is the Taliziduhu Ndraha theory with indicators ADD policy, physical and non-physical development implementation, results of ADD implementation. From the results of research conducted on each of the sub indicators, the conclusion is that the use of ADD in 2018 for village development in Kijang Makmur Village is still not well implemented, this is due to the small amount of ADD funds and the lack of quality of human resources owned by the Kijang Makmur Village Government. The suggestions from researchers are that ADD can be used effectively and efficiently in accordance with the purpose of giving ADD.
