Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and the physical work environment of a company on employee job satisfaction. The research was conducted at PT. Hasanah Surveyor Raya Pekanbaru. The number of sample used was 35 respondents, using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of this study shows that organizational commitment and physical work environment significantly have positive effect on job satisfaction of field employees at PT. Hasanah Surveyor Raya Pekanbaru.
