Abstract
The purposive of this was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of communication on employee performance at PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. The sample in this study ware employees of the field of PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru, amounting to 33 people.The sampling technique, namely determining the sample with certain considerations. While the types and sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Analysis of data obtained using simple regression. Based on the results of research and discussion in this study it is known that communication variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru which is shown in the significant test that is t count > t table is 9,111 > 2,040 and from communication variables to employee performance is 72.8%. whwn viewed from the descriptive results the percentage of communication variables included in the category of very high was 1112 and the employee performance variable was 974 also a very high category.
