Abstract

Analysis of Service Quality for Writing Research Letters (Study on Services of Government Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Islamic University of Riau) ABSTRACT By Mishell Paskah Angelina Sihombing This study aims to determine the performance of administrative employees in improving service quality, especially in the service of making research letters with a research focus that is a description of the performance of administrative employees at Fisipol UIR and the factors that affect the performance of administrative employees in improving service quality at Fisipol UIR. To achieve this goal, the research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses triangulation. The results show that based on the results of research conducted at Fisipol UIR that the description of the performance of administrative employees is that they are able to carry out administrative activities, human resources who still do not understand their respective duties, have a lot of workloads, always support the program campus, implementing cooperation, employees still need guidance from superiors.
