Abstract

This phenomenon is not yet optimal in providing services to the one-stop-shop and integrated investment office, which has not indicated the completion time of services in managing the IMB and there is no indication that employees are carrying out tasks at the time that has been set and there are unofficial levies from the Investors and Investments Service. one-stop integrated in Rokan Hulu district The purpose of this study is to determine the service procedures at the investment office and one-stop integration in providing efficient services and responsiveness of employees in serving the management of IMB and IMB manufacture and costs that are in accordance with the procedures and timely management time as for the method used. in this study is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis techniques Qualitative research is a type of research that explores and understands the meaning of a number of individuals or groups originating from social problems by collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. from the conclusions, namely in terms of cost efficiency in making IMB and managing and responsiveness of employees who are responsive in serving the manufacture of IMB and fast and precise time in its management
