Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability and workload on the performance of medical personnel at the beutiful General Hospital, Rokan Hilir Riau Regency. This study used a descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 48 people, namely medical personnel at the Indah General Hospital. The sampling technique used was the census method (all populations were taken). Processing data in this study using SPSS. From the results of the descriptive analysis it can be concluded that the work ability and workload on performance at the beutiful General Hospital, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau can be seen from the work ability, workload with various sub-indicators that have high and good indications which work ability and workload have Based on these results, it can be concluded that the work ability and workload on the performance of medical personnel at the beutiful General Hospital, Rokan Hilir District, Riau is good.
