Abstract
Layout is one of the important aspects that must be done first before the operational performance of the company operates. The purpose of this study was to identify the application of office layout at Bank Indonesia Riau Province and to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the layout application and its relation to operational performance at Bank Indonesia Riau Province. This research uses primary data and secondary data with qualitative descriptive analysis method. For processing data analysis used in this study is the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method. The results of this study conclude that the placement of work facilities at the Riau Province Bank Indonesia Office, which has been effective but is still not maximized in the utilization of space and distance from the room related to the flow of work activities which is far enough to make use of wasted time in traveling long distances. between line departments.
