Abstract
This study aims to determine the interaction and main effect of tofu liquid waste and NPK 16:16:16 on the growth and yield of cauliflower. The research has been carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau from July 2020 - October 2020. The study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors, the first factor was tofu liquid waste consisting of 4 levels, namely, 0, 150, 300 and 450 ml/liter of water. The second factor is 16:16:16 NPK fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 9, 18 and 27 g/plot. Parameters observed were age of flower formation (days), number of leaves (strands), flower circle (cm), wet weight of planting stover (g), economic weight (g), cauliflower weight (g) and root volume (cm3). The study showed that the interaction effect of tofu liquid waste and NPK 16:16:16 was significant on the parameters of the number of leaves, wet weight of stover, economic weight, cauliflower weight and root volume with the best treatment of tofu liquid waste 450 ml/liter of water and NPK 16 fertilizer: 16:16 with a dose of 27 g/plot. The main effect of tofu liquid waste was real on all observed parameters. The best treatment for tofu liquid waste is 450 ml/liter. The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 was significant on all observed parameters. The best treatment was 16:16:16 NPK fertilizer with a dose of 27 g/plot.
